Our comprehensive suite of services are designed to support ministry leaders where they are and accompany them in furthering their leadership skills. We offer personalized leadership coaching, spiritual direction, as well as tools such as the EQ-i and Enneagram which support leaders in deepening their self-awareness & interpersonal skills making them more effective in ministry.

Coaching produces growth, clarity, and transformation through a collaborative partnership in which a coach accompanies the client in articulating hopes and dreams, establishing goals and steps to get there, naming opportunities and obstacles, expanding perspective, and stepping forward with clarity, courage and confidence.

Coaching begins with you, where you are, and leverages deep listening, active reflection, and powerful questions to evoke awareness & transformation, bringing greater intention to your life and leadership.

The Enneagram System illustrates the way personality influences our thoughts, feelings, & actions. Identifying type helps us embrace our strengths and stretch beyond perceived limitations

Grow in self-understanding as you explore the ways personality influences your perspectives, decisions & behaviors. The Enneagram provides a tool for understanding personality through the lens of 9 different types or styles. The Enneagram brings to light the gifts and limitations of each style and illustrates how styles interact to create our unique personality.

Deepen your connection with the Divine. Spiritual Direction provides an intentional space and a trained companion to join you in listening for the stirrings of the Holy Spirit in your life.
