At my core, I am convinced that each and every person is created with unique gifts, talents and characteristics, claimed by a God who loves them, and called to share their beautiful fullness with the world in community. This doesn't mean our paths are smooth or well-marked. We live complex lives in a complex world. Yet even the most uncertain of days bring sacred moments for growth, connectedness, learning, & healing.

Over the past 20 years, I have worked with people of all ages - youth, young adults, & young-at hearts - as they discover and discern who they are called to be and strive to live out that calling with integrity and authenticity. As well as being trained as both a spiritual director and coach, I am also an ordained deacon in the ELCA who brings experience serving on judicatory staff, in campus ministry, and as a youth director. I understand the complexity, joys, & challenges of professional ministry and life. Like you, I tend a variety of vocations including parent, spouse, daughter, friend, community member and more, all while seeking to incorporate practices that keep me rooted, grounded, and grateful to be on my own journey of centered growth.
