What is Spiritual Direction?

The spiritual direction relationship involves three partners - the directee, the spiritual director and most importantly, the Holy Spirit. The task of the spiritual director is to listen carefully along with the directee as you share your questions, your ponderings and your life experiences. Together, we seek to notice God's fingerprints present throughout your life.

A spiritual direction session feels much like a conversation rooted in prayer. Your spiritual director will accompany you through holy listening and responsive questioning as you reflect, discern & become more attuned to God's presence.
